I'm Liv Caggiano!

I became a somatic practitioner after experiencing years of chronic pain and feeling hijacked by my emotions. Nothing I was doing helped - working out, talk therapy, journaling - I really tried everything.

My rock bottom was when my boyfriend, now husband, told me that he was afraid of me and my anger. I knew I needed a way to release my emotions instead of feeling overwhelmed and exploding...that's when I found somatics.
